Invited members of the WASHTO CRC Google Group can start discussion threads (using the email address "washtocrc@googlegroups.com") and send group emails.  WASHTO CRC "voting" members (as identified "Manager" roles in the Google Group) have additional authority to manage members from their particular State DOT.  Go to https://groups.google.com/g/washtocrc to see the live discussion board where current and previous conversation threads between group members are stored, or simply enter "washtocrc@googlegroups.com" to send the entire group an email.
